Property maintenance coordination in Split
The plumber is coming on Tuesday, but you are abroad. We can meet them, open the property and send you an update after the visit.
Someone at the property
Send us the appointment and what needs doing. We arrange access, pass on your instructions and document the visit. If you need someone to stay while the work is done, we agree that in advance.
Finding the right service partner
If you have not found a contractor yet, we can help arrange a local partner for cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, gardens or pools. The work is carried out by the service partner; Adria Core coordinates the visit.
Larger works and renovations
We can coordinate access, appointments and progress updates during a renovation. Send us the planned work and schedule so we can discuss the visits you need.
The update you receive
We send a summary after the visit, with photos and any questions that need your attention. The service partner’s work and costs are agreed with you in advance.
Area and pricing
This service is available in Split-Dalmatia County. The quote depends on the location, visit duration and number of appointments. Contractor fees are separate from our coordination service.
