Who looks after your property while you are away from Croatia?
If you own a house or flat in Dalmatia but live abroad, we can make regular visits, collect your mail and meet contractors. We agree what you need and how often you would like us to visit.
What do we check during a visit?
Before the first visit, we agree what you would like us to check:
- Doors, windows and locks
- Leaks or visible damage
- Lighting and the appliances you specify
- The terrace, garden and other accessible outdoor areas
Let us know if anything needs a closer look. We arrange visits to suit your needs.
What do you receive after a visit?
After each visit, we send you a short report and photos. If something needs attention, we let you know what we found and can help arrange a contractor visit.
Who will let the contractor in?
If you cannot be here when a contractor visits, we can let them into the property and stay for the agreed visit. Let us know the time and what needs to be done, and we will send you a short report and photos afterwards.
How do we get started?
Tell us where the property is and what you need. We agree the visit schedule, access and how to stay in touch, then send you a written quote.
If you already have your own contractors, we can coordinate their visits.
What do you need while you are away?
Tell us what you need: regular visits to the house, collecting mail, letting in a contractor at an agreed time or other help. Send us the property location and let us know how long you will be away.
